Twin Citizen
Twin Citizen is a collection of individuals dedicated to crafting unique, accessible, funk, alternative, synth, progressive and independent style of rock music. Consisting of Joe Hartley on vocals and rhythm guitar, Adam Lifto on lead guitar, Paul Narlock on bass, Will Hanson on keys and Joe Diaz on drums, Twin Citizen reflects a vast spectrum of musical interests, influences and musical experiences. Outside of our singer Joe Hartley, who is a Michigander transplant, and Will Hanson, who is originally from North Dakota, we are all Minnesota natives. Twin Citizen has enjoyed some early success with headlining events at The 331 Club, First Avenue's 7th St Entry, The Amsterdam Bar and has upcoming headlining events at KJ's Hideaway, The Aster Cafe and an album release party scheduled this July at Icehouse. Twin Citizen recently went into the studio to complete the recording, mixing and mastering of nine songs that will appear on their upcoming release Splinter called "Escape Room," "Kimmy Gibbler," and "Everywhere I Roam," "Domino," Stranger Danger" and "Splinter," among others. The first five songs from our upcoming release can be found on all of the major music platforms. Twin Citizen is also a proud member of the Minnesota Music Coalition Non-Profit.
